Biography

Jesse Langseth, younger sister ofre-knownnational recording artist Johnny Lang, burst on the Minnesota scene in 2004 when she won a a Minnesota Music Award for Best New Artist. She and her band have performed hundreds of Festivals and Fairs, nightclubs and concerts since then. In 2008, she auditioned for American Idol, selected one of the top 36 contestants for season 8. Her performances were seen by between 24 and 25 million people. She made it to the final 12 contestants where she received accolades from Simon, Kara and Paula, comparing her to Beyonce.

Jesse is back home in Minnesota writing and recording her songs, and filtering recording and management offers. In the meantime, Jesse and her band are performing a select number of concert appearances throughout the Midwest. Please contact Gregg Schmitt for more information.
