Biography
“The Middle” plays a very versatile mix
of Classic Rock, Modern Rock, and Contemporary Country.
Their vocal blend allows them to cover such great bands
as The Eagles, Rascal Flatts, The Little River Band,
Styx, and Restless Heart. Their deeply talented musicianship
allows them to rock with the best, with covers from
bands such as, 3 Doors Down, Nickelback, Kid Rock,
and Bad Company.
The Middle’s history dates back to the early
90’s, when the same four members were playing
all country as Silverado. This really helped the band
develop their tight harmonies which has been their
staple ever since. They were privileged enough to open
for some big names such as Marty Stuart and Southern
Pacific, a band which featured members of the Doobie
Brothers and Creedence Clearwater Revival.
They reformed again in 2005 as a Classic Rock band
named Mid-Life Crisis. In 2007 they took a break, reforming
again in 2008, however this time around there
were 2 other bands with the name Midlife-Crisis that had emerged in that
last year which dictated a need for a name change.
Being in the Middle of life,
playing a variety of music which is somewhere in he Middle, and wanting
to keep some connection to the name Mid-Life Crisis
is what led them to the name “The
Middle”
“The Middle” puts on a high energy show with lots of opportunities
for the crowd to get involved. No costumes or gimmicks, just great music all
night long.
”
The Middle” is a sure crowd pleaser for any event or nightclub.
